Paolo Tagliavento from Italy has been appointed to the Euro U-21 final between Switzerland and Spain on Saturday. He will be assisted by Damien McGrath from Ireland and Vyatautas Simkus from Lithuania.
The 38-year-old from Terni in Italy has been an international referee since 2007, but only recently got his debut in the Champions League. This past season he refereed a quarter-final in the Europa League. He was promoted from category 2 to the Premier Development category in January.
Milorad Mazic from Serbia has been appointed to the third place match between Czech Republic and Belarus.

A Polish website has published the referees for the U-21 European Championship finals this summer. Six referees with eight assistants will referee the games in Denmark.
The referees selected are from category 2 and Premier Development, and they are currently testing their abilities in the early stages of Europa League and Champions League.
