The reserve teams will be acting as fourth and fifth officials, at least this was the procedure last World Cup. Only from the quarter-finals and onwards were the fourth and fifth officials other &lt;b&gt;active&lt;/b&gt; referees.</description>

		<description>Can anybody explain why Breeze was left home while Al-Ghamdi, who did only one major FIFA tournament will go to the WC 2010? Is it only because Al-Serkal (UAE) and Jassim (BHR) are members of the FIFA Referees&#039; Committee?!</description>
